About Vivian...

I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in Exercise and Sport Science.

I am currently a Personal Trainer,  and I teach SPIN, total body conditioning, boot camp and a class for Senior Citizens.

I am an amateur bodybuilder competing since 2002.

Exercise is a way of life for me, and I enjoy achieving my own personal fitness goals as well as helping others achieve theirs.
